Cloudberrie offers an end-to-end VR training solution that simplifies the development, deployment, and management of immersive employee training programs. With Cloudberrie, custom VR training tailored to your needs is no longer a costly, complex process. Instead, it’s efficient, scalable, and affordable, offering companies a way to engage employees like never before.

Total Access All Services

  • This subscription gives you access to Cloudberrie’s features and services for 12 months at one location unless otherwise described on the order form. There are no limitations to your subscription account regarding number of VR environments, training modules, employees trained or PCs accessing the subscription at that location.

  • Covers general software support and all changes and modifications to any of your VR environments and training modules under one subscription account.

    Average turn-around 48-hours.

  • Get the answers your organisation needs to make a decision on VR training. Includes: Custom VR environment (Virtual replica of work area), training module tailored to you, full reporting, hardware and 6-weeks trial training period.

    If continuing with Cloudberrie Pilot fee rolls into first year Subscription fee.

Optional One-Time Fees

  • Virtual replica of your facility/work area including machinery. This VR environment can contain as many training programs/modules you need.

    Average timeline 2 weeks.

  • With your VR environment set up we can add as many training modules as you require. Send us your existing training materials and we will gamify the lesson and make it hands on.

    Average timeline 3 to 5 days.

  • Language should not be a learing barrier. We can add most any language with both audio and written content to your VR simulator.

    Average timeline 2 to 3 days.

1. Scene Builder:

This intuitive tool lets you create virtual environments that are replicas of your facilities and equipment, complete with avatars in appropriate workwear. Within these environments, you can design and customize training programs to suit your needs. Your Cloudberrie subscription imposes no limits on the number of VR environments or training programs you can create, providing endless possibilities for your training initiatives.

All updates and changes can be managed easily via the Scene Builder’s Content Management System (CMS), ensuring your programs stay current with minimal effort.

Cloudberrie’s Consulting Services for organizations not ready to take care of the development and deployment in Scene Builder themselves:

  • Using the features in Scene Builder we develop high-quality custom VR environments in just 5 – 10 working days, and a training program 3 – 6 working days, depending on complexity.

  • Language customization with AI tools takes only 1 – 2 days.

  • Our prices are fixed regardless of complexity. You can view our pricelist here.

You can at any time take control over you own content. We will provide instruction to your team members on how to use the Scene Builder software and ongoing support.

2. VR Player:

This software powers the training experience, allowing workers to engage in high-quality, real-time 3D training programs streamed from a PC to a VR headset via Wi-Fi. Workers’ actions within the VR module are tracked and reported back to your Cloudberrie account for analysis.

3. Reporting and Analytics:

This web-based platform provides detailed insights into the performance of your training programs. Whether you need to track the overall progress of a program, analyze specific training modules, or assess an individual employee’s progress and results, the Reporting and Analytics tool offers clear, actionable data.
